Schedule & Commitment

Safety & Supervision

Participant safety is a priority. All cheer activities follow age-appropriate progressions, and stunting is introduced only with proper instruction, spotting, and supervision. Coaches emphasize warm-ups, stretching, and safe technique at every session.
