No prior experience is required, but a readiness to learn, work hard, and be part of a team is essential. Our coaches will meet players at their current skill level and help them improve throughout the season.

What Players Will Learn

The 12U Linemen program emphasizes position-specific instruction and overall player development, including:

• Stance, footwork, and balance for offensive and defensive linemen
• Blocking techniques, hand placement, and leverage
• Run blocking and pass protection fundamentals
• Defensive line get-off, pursuit angles, and shedding blocks
• Safe and proper contact techniques
• On-field communication and teamwork with other position groups

In addition to football skills, players will build discipline, work ethic, and respect for teammates, coaches, and opponents.
