300 Cheerleading

Hampton 300 INC presents 300 Cheerleading, a coed recreational program for ages 5–14. Athletes will learn cheer fundamentals, teamwork, and school-ready spirit in a fun, supportive environment. The program runs from January 1, 2026, to January 1, 2027, in Hampton, VA. All skill levels are welcome; our coaches focus on safety, confidence, and positive character development.

Girls Flag Football 18U

Hampton 300 INC’s Girls Flag Football 18U is a competitive program for female athletes ages 15–18 (born between Aug 1, 2007 and Jul 31, 2009). The season runs from Jan 1, 2026 to Sep 30, 2026 in Hampton, Virginia. Players will develop advanced skills, learn team strategies, and compete against strong opponents in a positive, structured environment.

Players must be born on or after August 1, 2013. This program focuses on skill development, teamwork, and game strategy in a supportive, challenging environment.

Hampton 300 INC’s 12U football program is a competitive, boys-only team for ages 11–12. The season runs from July 14, 2026, to December 20, 2026, in Hampton, VA. Players will develop lineman fundamentals, strength, and teamwork in a structured, supportive environment while preparing to compete against quality competition.

14U Contact Football

Hampton 300 INC’s 14U Contact Football program is a competitive co-ed tackle football team for players ages 13–14. The season runs from July 14, 2026, to December 20, 2026, in Hampton, Virginia. Athletes will build skills, football IQ, and teamwork in a structured, safety-focused environment while competing against quality opponents. Parents can expect professional coaching, clear communication, and a positive, player-centered experience. Players will be prepared to compete at the high school level after leaving our program. The program runs from July 14, 2026 to January 1, 2027 in Hampton, Virginia, and focuses on skill development, teamwork, and preparing players for higher levels of competition in a structured, supportive environment.

This is a great option for young athletes ready for a higher level of competition and commitment.

Hampton 300 INC’s Fall Contact 8U is a competitive tackle football program for boys and girls ages 7–8. The season runs from July 14, 2026, to January 1, 2027, in Hampton, Virginia. Eligible players must be born between August 1, 2017, and July 31, 2019. The program emphasizes fundamental skills, safe contact techniques, teamwork, and preparing young athletes for more advanced levels of play.
